Note:  Florida is not on there.  Wouldn't you love to travel on the Suncoast Parkway into work without the hassle?  You can drive from the Brooksville or Spring Hill entrance on the Suncoast Parkway (Hernando County) to Tampa in less than an hour.  I will admit that if you go during work hours, you may spend an extra 15-20 minutes in traffic right at the Tampa exits.  It is still worth it!

Northerners - I hate to keep bringing it up but why are you still there?  Get out from behind those shovels and enjoy the Florida sunshine.  We are waiting for you.

Hernando County (Spring Hill, Brooksville and Weeki Wachee) have a lot to offer and the cost of housing is still low!
