Tropic Shores Realty is now hiring a maintenance person.

Job descrition includes taking weekly inspection pictures. Must have a smart phone for this and be able to take decent pictures.

Perfect candidate will be friendly and outgoing as they will be working with the public (repairing rental issues).

Also will include:

All types of minor repairs including hanging blinds, painting, floors, hanging lights and fans, repairing leaks, cleaning out AC lines with shop vac, etc. Basic maintenance but experience is a must.

Work week will be between 25-35 hours per week. Some repairs on the weekend will be likely.

$13.25 per hour

No drug users.
